After your order is processed, shipping takes 2-8 days, depending on the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) and US destination. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for some products.
All sales are final. But of course, we offer exchanges or refunds for damaged or defective items. Please take a photo of the damage item, as our production partners and shipping carriers will need proof of damage to replace the item or refund the purchase.
