DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

Not at this time. Our store is strictly online. We are based in Los Angeles, CA and our products are printed and shipped from the United States.

CAN I CUSTOMIZED A BLANKET?

Yes, you can customize some of our blankets by adding a name and/or Bible verse. Bible verses must be in the WEB or KJV (unrevised) translation due to copyrights on other translations.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Blankets ship free in USA. However, shipping cost varies for other products, destination and how fast you desire your product to be shipped. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method at check-out. We send tracking information for most shipping options to you so you can follow your order right to your door.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
All sales are final. However, we offer refunds or exchanges for misplaced, damaged, or defective items. It's very important to check the quantity, color, size and shipping address prior to purchasing your order.

WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
We recommend that you wash blankets in cold water, hang dry, or tumble dry low.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?
No, not at this time. Please email info@eternalgiftstore.com to request information on bulk discount pricing.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Blankets are custom, made to order, therefore orders are typically processed within 3-8 business days plus shipping time. Gift boxes are normally processed in 1-3 business days. Please see the product description of your product for current processing times.

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout (this does not affect processing time).

At this time, we are unable to adjust your order to reflect a coupon. If you are using your coupon/discount code, please do not forget to enter it at checkout.
