Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, we are unable to do an order cancellation. Exchanges or refunds are offered only for damaged, misprinted, or defective items.
If you need a refund or exchange for a damaged/defective/misprinted item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and attach a picture of the damaged item, within 21 days when you received the product.
We will cover any shipping expenses for exchanges of any damaged/defective/misprinted items.
*Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to a customer's error in ordering the incorrect color, size, quantity, or entering an incorrect address. So, please be sure to double check the size chart in each product listing to ensure you order the correct size, and verify you have entered the correct shipping address.
*FedEX and UPS typically do NOT ship to a PO Box.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days depending on your bank processing times.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
